TSA & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

We provide expert advice and guidance to help airports and businesses optimize their operations, improve efficiency, make strategic decisions, and achieve their goals. Our network of professionals has extensive experience in the aviation industry as well as personnel and project management. We assist with technology implementation and a variety of leadership development strategies. Having a deep understanding of the challenges faced by businesses in the aviation sector, as well as those outside aviation, we help navigate the complexities of working and managing projects in an airport environment. We are committed to delivering high-quality services that offer strategic solutions and operational efficiency to help businesses, not only in aviation, but any industry, overcome challenges and achieve success.
WHO IS ALOFT CONSULTING?
As a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, I acquired many valuable skills that serve me to this day. The Coast Guard's core values of Honor, Respect and Devotion to Duty have been a driving force in my life ever since. I joined the TSA shortly after 9/11 and learned additional skills that led me to pursue a career in aviation with an emphasis in management and security.
I earned a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which helped pave the way to a very rewarding career in aviation at Orlando International Airport. I moved up through the organization, serving in various capacities, gaining valuable insight and expertise in all facets of management, budgeting, project oversight, training, security, leadership, efficiency and organization.
My most recent position as Assistant Vice President of Security allowed me to make significant positive changes to the organization that will have a lasting impact for many years to come. I was able to improve efficiency through organizational restructuring and boost employee retention and morale through multiple initiatives designed to empower and enable our employees to reach their full potential. I was also able to help provide succession planning through the creation of a leadership development program for the next generation of leaders.

I am a product of quality leadership and employee investment, through training, mentorship and other extraordinary growth opportunities.
With over twenty-four (24) years of progressively responsible leadership and security experience, I felt it was time to expand my ability to affect positive change in the aviation, management and leadership development fields, so I decided to start Aloft Consulting. I feel there is a significant need for the services that my network of industry colleagues and I can provide.
I have relied on my ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels and disciplines within an organization to build strong relationships, which allows me to efficiently accomplish any task. I have built an extensive network of industry professionals over the years and those resources, coupled with my subject matter expertise, that spans military, civilian and government organizations, translates to a very successful outcome for my clients.
